It’s been too long, but we’re pleased to say we now have an absolute bucket load of FAILs to publish, thanks to all of you loyal FAILers

To kick off again, here’s a pretty horrendous screw up involving Safari, the Slide to Unlock Home Screen, and a notification/message (we can’t quite understand). Fantastic, a big thanks to Henrik Hyldig for sending this in.

Although strictly not a FAIL (the iPhone OS hasn’t screwed up), this is a pretty rare occurrence. Thanks to Jeff for finding this one, and The iPhone Blog for confirming its authenticity!
